Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Administer employee benefits programs, including 401(k), medical, dental, disability, and ancillary plans.
- Coordinate open enrollment processes, ensuring smooth execution and effective communication to employees.
- Collaborate with payroll and accounting teams to maintain data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR benefits administration, with 7 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in managing benefits programs in union and non-union environments.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, benefits compliance, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex benefits information clearly.
- Empathy and professionalism in addressing employee concerns and inquiries.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
