Overview

  • Lead construction projects for a variety of commercial buildings, ensuring quality and timely completion.
  • Manage project budgets and schedules, maintaining alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Plan and execute construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Supervise on-site teams, providing direction and resolving operational challenges.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 10 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing commercial construction projects of varying scales.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and construction practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
