Job Description

Overview

  • Provide specialized care to pediatric and adult patients in a neurology-focused practice.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Educate patients and families to promote understanding of neurological conditions and treatments.
  • Evaluate and modify treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Perform clinical duties efficiently within the scope of privileges granted.
  • Support the mission and goals of the practice through dedicated service.
  • Work onsite in a collaborative environment, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
  • Optional on-call opportunities available to earn additional compensation.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
  • Perform clinical procedures within the scope of practice and privileges.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to practice improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to medical staff regulations and institutional standards.

Job Requirements

  • Master of Science (MS) degree in Physician Assistant Studies or equivalent.
  • Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
  • Preferred experience in neurology or related field.
  • Ability to work onsite in a structured clinical environment.
  • Strong communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.
  • Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and achieving positive outcomes.
  • Willingness to participate in optional on-call duties for additional compensation.
