Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop architectural designs and plans for retail and restaurant projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design alignment with client requirements.
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using industry-standard software.
• Assist in project management tasks, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address design challenges.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design; 3 years preferred.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
• Strong understanding of retail and restaurant project requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for team and client interaction.
