Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimation, with a preference for 5 years.
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools, such as Bluebeam or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of sitework construction processes, materials, and labor requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver accurate and reliable estimations.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse project teams.
