- Coordinate administrative and clinical duties to ensure seamless functioning of staff and services.
- Supervise and evaluate personnel performance, fostering professional development and leadership growth.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards, maintaining the center’s reputation for excellence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance patient satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive clinical, financial, and operational results.
- Lead physician recruitment and marketing programs to increase case volume and partnerships.
- Manage the center’s P&L, implementing financial controls and reporting mechanisms.
- Facilitate effective working relationships with governing boards, medical staff, and facility employees.
- Oversee the development and management of operating and capital budgets.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Coordinate administrative duties, including staff utilization and supply management.
- Participate in leadership development programs and foster professional growth among managers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of four years of supervisory or management experience in healthcare settings.
- Knowledge of State, Federal, and Accrediting Body regulations related to healthcare.
- Experience in budgeting, personnel management, and operational planning.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic growth and operational efficiency.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
- Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) experience is highly preferred.
