Job Description

Overview

  • Lead operations at multiple ambulatory surgical centers, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Oversee clinical, administrative, and business office functions to optimize efficiency and patient care.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and operational excellence.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with physicians and stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
  • Manage financial controls, budgets, and reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • Implement programs for leadership development and staff performance improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and healthcare regulations.
  • Coordinate resources and operations to maintain high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Drive top-line growth through strategic service line expansion and physician recruitment.
  • Develop and manage operating and capital budgets to meet organizational goals.
  • Oversee fiscal management, including billing, collections, and accounts payable.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Lead and evaluate staff performance, fostering professional development.
  • Coordinate administrative duties to ensure seamless operations and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, including medical staff and governing boards.
  • Implement risk management strategies to ensure patient and staff safety.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; BSN or RN preferred.
  • Minimum of four years of supervisory or management experience in healthcare.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards (e.g., AAAHC).
  • Experience in budgeting, financial management, and personnel oversight.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for growth and operational excellence.
