Overview

  • Lead the accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring organizational financial health and compliance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic financial plans and initiatives.
  • Drive operational excellence and process efficiency within financial systems, including SAP.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee accounting and financial reporting teams, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Develop and maintain financial controls and guidelines to safeguard assets.
  • Advance system and process efficiencies, focusing on SAP optimization.

  • Ensure timely decision-making and accountability within the finance team.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial strategy and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven leadership in attracting, developing, and managing diverse talent.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in strategic and operational financial management.
  • Master’s degree in Accounting or MBA; CPA certification preferred.
  • Experience in the construction industry and SAP systems is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented approach with a balance of short-term and long-term goals.
