Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and monitor progress toward deliverables.
• Identify risks early, drive mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required, preferably in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing AI and technology projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies and project management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with hybrid delivery models.
• Experience in AI applications within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Certified Project Manager with SCRUM and Agile methodologies expertise.
