Overview

  • Lead a multi-site healthcare organization focused on orthopedic care, outpatient services, and physician practice management.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive organizational growth and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with physician leadership and stakeholders to align clinical and operational objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards while mitigating organizational risks.
  • Provide visionary leadership to enhance patient care, financial performance, and organizational efficiency.
  • Oversee operational consistency and quality across multiple service lines and locations.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration within the organization.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and quality across all locations and service lines.
  • Collaborate with finance leadership to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
  • Foster strong relationships with physician shareholders and clinical leaders to align objectives.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop executive and operational leadership teams.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and provider productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry best practices.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and capital allocation strategies to support growth.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
  • Proven success in leading multi-site physician practices or healthcare organizations.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare finance, revenue cycle management, and growth strategies.
  • Experience with physician governance structures and organizational change management.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to lead through transformation and drive operational excellence.
  • Experience working with private equity-backed organizations is highly desirable.
