Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage daily fund accounting operations, ensuring compliance with governing documents and industry standards.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, promoting skill development and team success.
- Review and approve fund deliverables, including financial statements and transaction reports.
- Analyze complex private equity transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with senior management to address client needs and maintain high service standards.

- Maintain technical excellence in accounting practices and regulatory compliance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance is required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in private equity fund accounting; 7 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS reporting standards.
- CPA certification is preferred but not required.
- Experience with governing documents such as LPAs and advisory agreements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and lead accounting teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
