- Translate business objectives into integrated channel strategies and measurable performance expectations.
- Establish and maintain media planning standards and guardrails for internal teams and partners.
- Manage quarterly and annual media planning processes, aligning priorities with organizational goals.
- Lead performance management forums, ensuring actionable insights and optimization reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable integrated execution and decision-making.
- Act as senior client lead for paid media agencies, driving accountability and measurable impact.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience managing enterprise-level paid media programs; 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Expert knowledge of Paid Search, Social, Programmatic Display, and Affiliate Marketing platforms.
- Proficiency with ad tech and analytics platforms like Google Marketing Platform and Adobe Analytics.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, incrementality testing, and measurement frameworks.
- Proven ability to scale paid media programs and drive incremental revenue growth.
