  • Lead enterprise-level paid media strategy and execution across various channels, ensuring measurable business growth and performance excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing objectives with channel strategies and audience approaches.
  • Develop and implement standards and best practices for media planning and activation.
  • Manage a team of professionals, fostering growth and accountability through coaching and development.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, adapting strategies accordingly.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead full-funnel paid media strategy across Paid Search, Social, Programmatic Display, and Affiliate Marketing channels.
  • Translate business objectives into integrated channel strategies and measurable performance expectations.
  • Establish and maintain media planning standards and guardrails for internal teams and partners.
  • Manage quarterly and annual media planning processes, aligning priorities with organizational goals.
  • Lead performance management forums, ensuring actionable insights and optimization reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable integrated execution and decision-making.
  • Act as senior client lead for paid media agencies, driving accountability and measurable impact.
  • Drive adoption of new platforms, media capabilities, and AdTech to enhance scalability and effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience managing enterprise-level paid media programs; 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Expert knowledge of Paid Search, Social, Programmatic Display, and Affiliate Marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency with ad tech and analytics platforms like Google Marketing Platform and Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, incrementality testing, and measurement frameworks.
  • Proven ability to scale paid media programs and drive incremental revenue growth.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Executive-ready communication skills for influencing stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
