Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assemble and solder electronic components onto PCBs with precision and adherence to standards.
  • Fabricate and terminate cables, wiring harnesses, and connectors for electronic systems.
  • Conduct functional testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of circuits to ensure reliability.
  • Interpret electrical schematics and engineering drawings for accurate assembly and testing.
  • Operate and maintain advanced test equipment for diagnostics and measurements.
  • Collaborate with engineers to refine prototypes and production units effectively.
  • Document testing procedures, modifications, and repairs for consistent quality assurance.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures and production documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in all tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronics assembly, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and engineering drawings.
  • Experience with operating advanced test equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective verbal communication skills for professional interaction.
  • IPC-A-620 and IPC-A-610 certifications are preferred.
  • Commitment to quality and safety standards in electronic component handling.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
