Overview

  • Manage construction projects for a leading homebuilder, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to streamline project workflows and resolve issues.
  • Oversee site inspections and compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation for efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure project specifications meet client expectations.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to construction teams, fostering a productive work environment.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address delays or challenges.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
