Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in construction management preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management, with 10 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing residential construction projects and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling and reporting.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex construction challenges efficiently.
