Overview
- Lead financial planning and analysis for the Sports & Entertainment division, providing actionable insights to drive business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic financial plans and budgets.
- Utilize advanced financial modeling and data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Manage forecasting processes across P&L and working capital using Oracle Fusion ERP systems.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Support the integration of FP&A systems with ERP and data platforms for streamlined operations.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting, and analytical rigor.
- Provide variance analysis and commentary to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Apply data-driven methodologies, including AI tools, to enhance forecasting accuracy and insights.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Serve as a strategic finance partner for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Lead long-range planning and scenario modeling incorporating financial and operational drivers.
- Utilize Oracle Fusion for financial reporting, ensuring consistency and accuracy across cycles.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for actionable insights.
- Leverage Snowflake and other data tools to support financial analysis and decision-making.
- Collaborate with Accounting to align actuals, forecasts, and reporting within Oracle systems.
- Support FP&A systems integration with ERP and data platforms for enhanced workflows.
- Provide concise variance analysis and commentary to senior leadership.
- Enhance financial processes using data-driven approaches and emerging technologies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in FP&A, finance, investment banking, or consulting.
- Proficiency in Oracle ERP systems, financial modeling, and large dataset analysis.
- Experience with Snowflake and familiarity with Sigma or similar tools.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint presentation capabilities.
- Exposure to AI tools and data-driven methodologies is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize findings into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders effectively.
- Proactive mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
