Overview

  • Collaborate with the Management Reporting team to deliver impactful analysis and insights to senior leadership.
  • Support operational, reporting, and analytical processes with a focus on compensation and management company economics.
  • Gain broad exposure to the firm’s operations while contributing to strategic decision-making processes.
  • Engage in process improvement initiatives, including generative AI integration and technology adoption.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Execute recurring compensation, accounting, operational, and reporting activities, ensuring continuity across workflows.
  • Perform compensation modeling, variance analysis, and trend reporting to support planning and decision-making.
  • Support senior leader advisory analyses with detailed insights and accurate data.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including automation and technology enhancements.
  • Prepare and reconcile data for operational and analytical purposes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to anticipate needs and deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards and confidentiality requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, operations, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of two years of professional experience; four years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel-based analysis and operational reporting activities.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work and competing priorities with accuracy.
