Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Execute recurring compensation, accounting, operational, and reporting activities, ensuring continuity across workflows.
- Perform compensation modeling, variance analysis, and trend reporting to support planning and decision-making.
- Support senior leader advisory analyses with detailed insights and accurate data.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including automation and technology enhancements.

Job Requirements
