Overview
- Support front desk operations, including visitor management and coordination of office events, ensuring a polished and customer-centric environment.
- Provide hands-on assistance with meeting setups, resource reservations, and building access management.

- Assist with administrative tasks, including correspondence, expense management, and onboarding support.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; additional certifications in office management preferred.
- Minimum one year of experience in front desk operations or similar roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of SharePoint and Canva is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with adaptability to diverse audiences.
