Job Description

Overview

  • Support project managers in overseeing commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on schedule and within budget.
  • Assist in managing resources, including materials, personnel, and equipment, for optimal project execution.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.
  • Contribute to the resolution of project-related issues and challenges effectively.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.
  • Support the implementation of project strategies to achieve client objectives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assist in planning and scheduling construction activities to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and report deviations from planned timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
  • Support the project team in maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Assist in managing project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders and management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide administrative support to project managers as required.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science (AS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial construction projects.
  • Preferred 3 years of experience in healthcare or industrial construction.
  • Strong understanding of the full project life cycle and construction processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in on-site environments within the Front Range area.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage project documentation.
  • Commitment to maintaining safety standards and regulatory compliance.
