Overview

  • Lead and grow the tax practice within a dynamic and expanding organization.
  • Provide strategic direction for tax advisory and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement innovative tax strategies and solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Deliver high-quality tax advisory and compliance services to clients.
  • Review tax closings and oversee preparation of individual and business entity returns.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding compliance matters, including tax and benefits.
  • Conduct tax and accounting research to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Develop budgets and pricing strategies for tax services.
  • Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing tax team.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align tax practices with organizational goals.
  • Drive practice growth through proactive business development efforts.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • Active CPA license mandatory.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in business taxation.
  • Proven success in leading client engagements and growing a practice.
  • Strong client relationship skills and ability to deliver exceptional service.
