Job Description

Overview

  • Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules to ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Utilize industry best practices and innovative solutions to overcome challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation for stakeholders and management.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
