Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Draft and review revocable, irrevocable, and other complex trust agreements.
- Prepare wills, powers of attorney, healthcare proxies, and related estate planning documents.
- Assist attorneys with advanced estate planning strategies and trust administration.
- Prepare trust funding documents, deeds, assignments, and beneficiary designations.
- Coordinate document execution and maintain organized client files.
- Demonstrate empathetic communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Support trust and estate administration tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Trusts & Estates Paralegal.
- Strong background in drafting complex trust and estate planning documents.
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or equivalent educational qualification.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of estate planning and trust administration processes.
