Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee software development processes, ensuring timely delivery of scalable and reliable solutions.
  • Collaborate with product management to define strategic roadmaps and prioritize development initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide engineering team members, fostering professional growth and technical expertise.
  • Conduct code reviews and contribute to the development of critical software components.
  • Implement and optimize Agile development methodologies to enhance team efficiency.
  • Design and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes for improved scalability.
  • Utilize Atlassian tools for effective project management and team collaboration.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to ensure software quality and reliability.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing software engineering teams, with 7 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in full-stack development using Microsoft-centric technologies hosted on AWS or Azure.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and their practical implementation.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Suite, including JIRA and Confluence, for project management.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
