Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support; 4 years preferred.
• Proficiency in network administration and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with project tracking tools and collaborative platforms is advantageous.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and medical IT standards is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site and provide direct support to staff and systems.
