Overview

  • Serve as the face of the client organization on campus, driving recruitment strategies and building strong university partnerships.
  • Leverage data and creativity to identify and secure top-tier talent across core schools nationwide.
  • Act as a talent consultant and business partner, aligning recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and proactive communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute a unified campus presence reflecting the organization’s values.
  • Drive operational excellence by refining recruitment strategies using data-driven insights.
  • Travel extensively to maintain high visibility at core campuses and local offices during peak recruitment seasons.
  • Represent the organization with authority, cultivating an active talent ecosystem through networking and industry events.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-potential talent from core schools.
  • Build and maintain deep-rooted relationships with academic leadership and campus influencers.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a candidate-first engagement model.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment efforts with organizational needs and values.
  • Leverage recruitment metrics and data to optimize pipeline performance and refine strategies.
  • Organize impactful campus experiences and site visits to enhance recruitment outcomes.
  • Cultivate a talent ecosystem through active engagement at networking and industry events.
  • Ensure operational excellence by eliminating bottlenecks and delivering high-impact recruitment results.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of full-lifecycle campus recruitment experience; 7 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and recruitment metrics analysis.
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence to represent the organization effectively.
  • Experience with recruitment tools such as Handshake, Workday, and Google Suite.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% during peak recruitment seasons.
  • Proactive mindset with integrity, discretion, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in competitive industries like Accounting, Finance, Technology, or Consulting preferred.
