Job Description

Overview

  • Support daily operations of office pantries and dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Assist with food preparation, inventory management, and stocking supplies across multiple locations.
  • Handle food deliveries, sort and label items, and prepare orders for staff.
  • Maintain and clean coffee equipment and dining room facilities.
  • Perform administrative tasks including data entry, email communication, and expense reporting.
  • Collaborate with staff and vendors to address hospitality needs and resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and escalate repair needs when necessary.
  • Work on-site across multiple office locations, adhering to a rotational schedule.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Clean and organize pantry shelves, refrigerators, and dining areas regularly.
  • Load and unload dishwashers, unpack and stock food supplies efficiently.
  • Monitor pantry inventory and place orders to maintain stock levels.
  • Prepare and label food deliveries, ensuring accurate distribution to staff.
  • Respond to staff inquiries and coordinate with vendors for hospitality services.
  • Perform data entry tasks and manage sensitive information confidentially.
  • Create and update signage, presentations, and agendas as required.
  • Support ad hoc events by delivering food and assisting with setup.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree and entry-level experience in hospitality or catering.
  • Ability to lift and transport supplies weighing up to 30 pounds daily.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and Excel for administrative tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts and travel between office locations.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
  • Prior experience in hospitality or catering is highly preferred.
