Overview
- Support credit operations by managing asset servicing, investment monitoring, and security master maintenance in a dynamic financial services environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams, borrowers, and external service providers to ensure seamless operational alignment and efficiency.
- Perform reconciliations of cash and positions to maintain financial accuracy and operational integrity.
- Assist in audit confirmation processes and contribute to yearly financial reviews and compliance documentation.
- Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing workflows and system efficiency.
- Provide backup support for critical operations, including wire transfers, trade settlements, and fund activities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Maintain and update security master data, ensuring compliance with credit agreements and operational standards.
- Monitor and book investment activities, ensuring accurate processing of wires and allocation of expenses.
- Perform daily reconciliations of cash and positions, ensuring operational accuracy and integrity.
- Engage with financial institutions and service providers to streamline processes and enhance collaboration.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
- 3-6 years of experience in financial services, asset management, or banking operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for operational tasks.
- Experience with Wall Street Office software or similar platforms is advantageous.
- Knowledge of private credit operations and reconciliation processes is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges effectively.
