Job Description

Overview

  • Act as the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming and professional reception for visitors and employees.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to enhance departmental efficiency and smooth daily operations.
  • Manage conference room schedules, prioritizing meeting requests and ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Handle incoming calls, directing inquiries and providing accurate and timely information.
  • Prepare and manage invoices, expense reports, correspondence, and other essential documentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in reception areas, conference rooms, and shared spaces.
  • Monitor office supplies and equipment, addressing maintenance needs proactively to ensure functionality.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide coverage and support during peak times or absences.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Welcome visitors and employees, ensuring a professional and friendly reception experience.

Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree required, showcasing foundational knowledge in administrative practices.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in reception or front desk operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
