Overview

  • Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for designated business units and office locations.
  • Drive organizational success through strategic HR initiatives and talent management strategies.
  • Leverage workforce analytics to inform HR strategies and measure impact effectively.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Utilize HR technology and data-driven insights to optimize processes and decision-making.
  • Support organizational change management and transformation efforts effectively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive value.
  • Provide strategic HR consulting to senior leaders, addressing complex organizational challenges.
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including performance optimization and succession planning.
  • Conduct workforce analytics to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies across multiple states.
  • Facilitate change management processes, inspiring stakeholders to embrace new approaches.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive HR programs and solutions.
  • Transform HR data into compelling narratives that drive strategy and demonstrate ROI.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR management experience; 10 years preferred.
  • Experience in professional services or large-scale organizations is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in HR platforms, with UKG experience being advantageous.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are preferred.
  • Strong expertise in employment law, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic HR initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
