Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, from intake meetings to offer closures, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
- Manage requisitions and applications through ATS systems, maintaining accurate and transparent data.
- Source and screen candidates for technology roles, including engineering, devops, corporate technology, and data science positions.
- Develop relationships with hiring managers to understand team needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
- Generate candidate pipelines using creative postings, networking, and partnerships with professional organizations.
- Stay updated on technical recruiting trends to assess candidate skillsets effectively.
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure new hires receive a top-class onboarding experience.
- Contribute to HR projects supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in-house, with exposure to financial services or fintech industries.
- Proven ability to assess resumes, conduct screening calls, and recommend candidates to hiring managers.
- Experience recruiting for technology roles, including engineering, devops, and data science positions.
- Proficiency in ATS systems, such as Greenhouse, for managing recruitment processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.
- Self-starter comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
- Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices in recruitment.
