Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Create and manage interior construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, and finish schedules.
  • Select and specify finishes, furniture, and materials that align with project design objectives.
  • Lead and participate in design teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Develop and present design concepts to clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and ADA standards in all design work.
  • Utilize software tools such as Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite for design and documentation tasks.
  • Coordinate with architectural studios to integrate interior designs into overall project plans.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from an accredited program.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in interior design projects.
  • NCIDQ certification or active pursuit of certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and AutoCAD (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and ADA compliance.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and graphic presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
