Job Description

Overview

  • Serve as a strategic Human Resources Business Partner supporting non-investment staff across multiple U.S. offices.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals and drive workforce engagement.
  • Develop and implement HR processes to enhance employee lifecycle management and organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead initiatives in talent management, employee relations, and performance management to support business growth.
  • Provide HR expertise to a dynamic team in a fast-paced financial services environment.
  • Contribute to building a strong HR infrastructure and fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Work closely with the Global Head of HR to implement strategic HR initiatives.
  • Support a hybrid work model with a mix of in-office and remote work days.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop HR strategies that enhance organizational performance and employee engagement.
  • Manage employee relations, including addressing concerns, mediating disputes, and ensuring policy compliance.
  • Oversee talent management processes, including onboarding, headcount planning, and recruitment alignment.
  • Administer performance management programs, including reviews, promotions, and leadership training initiatives.
  • Implement organizational development programs to improve retention, engagement, and workforce planning.
  • Conduct employee lifecycle activities, including new hire check-ins, stay interviews, and exit discussions.
  • Enhance employee engagement through team-building activities and regular touchpoints.
  • Lead HR process improvements to scale operations and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field required.
  • Minimum 15 years of HR experience, preferably in financial services or hedge fund environments.
  • Proven expertise in HR processes, employment laws, and compliance procedures.
  • Experience managing direct reports and mentoring teams in a global organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.
  • Self-motivated and capable of operating autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with hybrid work arrangements, including in-office presence.
  • Growth-oriented professional eager to contribute to a dynamic HR team.
