Overview

  • Lead complex construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to safety regulations while meeting client expectations and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to develop and execute project strategies effectively.
  • Oversee on-site operations, ensuring seamless coordination and optimal resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively addressing challenges to maintain schedules and achieve milestones.
  • Foster a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring all activities align with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to construction teams, promoting professional growth and collaboration.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation and reporting for project transparency and accountability.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to achieve construction objectives efficiently.
  • Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely resource availability and project efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science (AS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management; 15 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale construction projects effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools is essential.
  • Ability to work on-site and travel as required to meet project demands.
  • Director-level experience in overseeing construction operations is highly desirable.
