Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management; 7 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing diverse construction projects, including high-rises and mixed-use developments.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on collaboration.
• Effective communication and client relationship management abilities.
