Overview
- Manage the full sales cycle within an assigned territory, including prospecting, closing, and account management.
- Engage with customers through regular account reviews and on-site visits to build strong relationships.

- Collaborate with sales leadership on strategic opportunities and competitive negotiations.
- Utilize CRM systems like Salesforce to maintain accurate pipeline, activities, and forecasting.
- Represent the organization at trade shows, seminars, and industry events to promote offerings.
- Develop and deliver proposals using standard company tools and templates for customer presentations.
- Provide annual account forecasts and capital expenditure insights for key customers.
Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, with 6 years preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, with Salesforce experience being highly desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently in a self-directed environment and adapt to fast-paced changes.
- Background in the stone industry and/or robotics systems is preferred.
- Motivated and personable, with the ability to influence and create compelling lines of reasoning.
