Job Description

Overview

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, within an assigned territory.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activities and forecasting using CRM tools, including Salesforce.
  • Proactively generate new business through outreach, marketing leads, and networking efforts.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with customers, conducting regular account reviews.
  • Present and demonstrate products and services, effectively articulating their value.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership on strategic opportunities and competitive negotiations.
  • Travel within the territory to support customer engagement and on-site visits.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and industry events.
  • Ensure timely documentation of sales activities, deal summaries, and expense reporting.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales; 6 years preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Motivated, driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced and changing environments.
  • Background in the stone industry or robotics systems is preferred.
  • Ability to influence others and create compelling reasoning.
