Overview

  • Lead recruitment efforts for manufacturing and engineering roles in a hybrid work environment, ensuring effective hiring strategies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, handling multiple requisitions simultaneously with efficiency and precision.
  • Implement proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent for diverse positions.
  • Engage in employer branding initiatives to enhance visibility within the talent market.
  • Participate in onsite and virtual recruitment events, including job fairs and campus engagements.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members to foster collaboration.
  • Adapt to dynamic priorities, providing recruitment support across various departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and craft effective recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and support.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional education in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within manufacturing or engineering sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment with varying schedules.
