Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Administer HR programs, including compensation, benefits, leave, and training, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct background checks, employee eligibility verifications, and maintain compliance with mandatory training requirements.
- Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs to enhance engagement and morale.
- Handle employment-related inquiries, providing guidance and referring complex matters to appropriate personnel.
- Attend disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations, ensuring fair and constructive processes.
- Review and update company policies to maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Monitor HRIS systems and talent management tools for efficient HR operations and reporting.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive performance management and employee development initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Minimum of 7 years of HR management experience, with 10 years preferred for senior-level expertise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems, with knowledge of Justworks or Rippling preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to manage diverse HR functions effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity in sensitive situations.
- SHRM-CP certification is a plus, demonstrating advanced HR knowledge and capabilities.
