Senior Project Manager – Design/Build Light Industrial

Overview

• Lead and manage design-build light industrial projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment with project goals.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing design-build projects independently.
• Proven expertise in light industrial construction projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, safety standards, and environmental considerations.
