Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management; 10 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale construction projects across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Ability to travel extensively and work on-site as required.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
