Overview

  • Lead clinical oversight and ensure regulatory compliance for a Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA).
  • Deliver high-quality patient care aligned with New York State Department of Health regulations.
  • Provide leadership to nursing staff and oversee clinical operations and performance outcomes.
  • Collaborate with operational leadership to support census growth and patient experience.
  • Foster a supportive and dignified environment emphasizing patient-centered care.
  • Ensure readiness for regulatory inspections and compliance requirements.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures based on best practices.
  • Monitor and improve quality outcomes through effective oversight and leadership.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee clinical operations and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Supervise nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Develop and implement strategies for quality improvement and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with leadership to achieve census growth and operational goals.

Job Requirements

  • Current, unrestricted New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in home care or healthcare settings.
  • Knowledge of New York State Department of Health regulations for LHCSA.
  • Strong clinical judgment and expertise in regulatory compliance and quality oversight.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
