Job Description

Overview

  • Manage strategic accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to meet revenue and growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
  • Analyze market trends and client needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed records of account activities and performance metrics.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on account progress and challenges.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in strategic accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Monitor account performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare and present account reviews and performance reports.
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations and contract renewals with strategic accounts.
  • Ensure alignment of account activities with company goals.
  • Provide mentorship to junior account management staff.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management; 5 years preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing strategic accounts and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
