Overview

  • Coordinate marketing projects and events for a dynamic organization, ensuring seamless execution and impactful results.
  • Support senior marketing staff by managing logistics, deadlines, and deliverables for national conferences and regional sponsorships.
  • Draft and schedule social media posts, maintaining brand voice and engagement across active channels.
  • Assist in planning and executing Clinical Advisory Board events, including venue sourcing and attendee coordination.
  • Maintain marketing project trackers and content calendars, ensuring timely completion of campaigns and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and approve marketing materials and vendor deliverables.
  • Provide remote support for events, ensuring smooth operations and post-event follow-ups.
  • Monitor social media channels for engagement and performance, reporting notable activity to senior staff.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate logistics for major conferences, including sponsorship deliverables, venue sourcing, and staff support.
  • Manage regional event sponsorship requests, ensuring timely delivery of collateral and approvals.
  • Track marketing project deadlines and maintain content calendars for campaigns and events.
  • Draft and schedule social media posts, aligning with the approved content calendar and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate logistics for Clinical Advisory Board events, including venue sourcing and attendee management.
  • Support copy drafting for email campaigns, event promotions, and internal communications.
  • Resize and format creative assets for digital use in collaboration with design contractors.
  • Monitor social media engagement and flag notable activity to senior marketing staff.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing coordination or related roles.
  • Preferred 3 years of experience in event planning or marketing project management.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in marketing are a plus.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms like LinkedIn and HubSpot.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Experience with event logistics, including venue sourcing and attendee coordination.
  • Ability to draft engaging content for social media and email campaigns.
