Overview

  • Oversee investment operations for private debt portfolios, ensuring compliance and operational excellence in a hybrid work setting.
  • Drive process optimization and automation, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in investment workflows.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Ensure adherence to portfolio guidelines and policies for loan allocations and transactions.
  • Manage cash instructions, including subscriptions, redemptions, FX transactions, and liquidity monitoring.
  • Coordinate transaction execution with external managers, administrators, and custodians.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance workflows and implement automation solutions.
  • Provide analytical support during transaction closings, addressing inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and oversee daily operations of the debt platform.
  • Promote collaboration and maintain a positive work environment within the team.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree with at least 4 years of professional experience in investment operations.
  • Proficiency in cash and liquidity management, FX hedging, and capital call processes.
  • Experience in middle office or investment operations within asset management firms.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of private debt asset class and fund accounting is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide and influence team members effectively.
