- The Project Manager will oversee diverse projects, including AI initiatives, vendor onboarding, and process improvements, ensuring timely delivery and effective execution.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, including the COO and Chief of Staff, to align project goals with organizational priorities.
- Drive cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment across technology, operations, and recruitment processes.
- Manage the firm’s project management system, maintaining accuracy and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coordinate and track adoption of AI tools, supporting training and rollout initiatives.
- Provide comprehensive project updates and risk assessments to senior leadership.

Project Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead the day-to-day management of AI initiatives, including tool rollouts, training coordination, and adoption tracking.
- Maintain and update the project management system, ensuring accurate tracking and timely completion of tasks.
- Turn meeting discussions into actionable tasks, assigning responsibilities and ensuring follow-through.
- Oversee vendor processes, from diligence to onboarding and renewal tracking.
- Support recruiting operations, managing communications, scheduling, and candidate tracking.
- Prepare and present weekly status reports on firmwide priorities, highlighting potential risks and blockers.
- Adapt to diverse project areas, ensuring effective coordination across technology, operations, and people processes.
Project Manager Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Project Management.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in project management or coordination; 5 years preferred.
- Exposure to financial services or hedge fund environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in project management tools, such as monday.com, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present updates and risks effectively to senior leadership.
- Commitment to working full-time on-site, with flexibility for occasional remote work.
