Staff Accountant Overview
- The Staff Accountant will manage essential accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with organizational standards.
- This role requires full-time onsite work, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Candidates must hold a U.S.-based Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and possess a GPA of 3.2 or higher.
- A minimum of three years of corporate accounting experience is necessary for this position.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis, is essential.

- Located onsite in North Wales, PA, candidates must reside within a 45-minute commute.
Staff Accountant Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare and post journal entries to maintain accurate financial records.
- Conduct monthly account reconciliations and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Analyze financial data and generate reports for management review.
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions as required.
- Assist with audits, bank requests, and financial documentation preparation.
- Collaborate with the Controller on special projects and departmental initiatives.
- Contribute to annual budgeting and fiscal year-end preparation processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Staff Accountant Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a U.S.-based institution with a GPA of 3.2 or higher.
- Minimum of three years of corporate accounting experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for financial data analysis.
