Job Description

Receptionist Overview

  • The Receptionist will provide essential front-desk support, ensuring smooth daily operations and a welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
  • This is a contract role requiring availability on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from August 17th to 28th.
  • Training will be provided during the week of August 10th for a few hours to ensure readiness.
  • The role involves managing guest passes, answering phone calls, and assisting with conference room arrangements.
  • You will also handle mail distribution and maintain a well-stocked snack and coffee area.
  • Engage in special projects as assigned, contributing to the team’s overall efficiency and success.
  • Work on-site in a professional and collaborative environment, ensuring excellent customer service.

Receptionist Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.

Receptionist Job Requirements
