Medical Director Job Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of a residency training program and board certification in an ABMS/AOA-recognized specialty.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a related field, with 10 years preferred.
- Current North Carolina medical license and relevant non-clinical experience.
- Proven leadership skills in project planning and management within healthcare settings.
- Expertise in strategy development, care management, and healthcare program operations.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating clinical data and identifying improvement opportunities.
