- Support clinic operations by participating in daily huddles and completing demographic checks.

Patient Service Representative Key Responsibilities & Duties

Patient Service Representative Job Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical reception or a related field.
- Proficiency in E-Clinical Works or similar medical software is advantageous.
- Familiarity with standard medical field practices and procedures.
- Ability to work evening and weekend shifts as required.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage clinic front office operations.
- Strong communication skills, with Spanish-speaking ability preferred.
