Global Talent Acquisition Coordinator Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in recruiting or HR coordination, ideally in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
