- Utilize Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and Microsoft Office tools to manage legal documentation.
- Conduct legal research and provide administrative support for litigation and corporate governance projects.

Paralegal Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide paralegal support for legal matters, projects, and tasks under the supervision of the Legal Operations Manager.
- Draft, format, and track contracts, ensuring compliance with review processes and procedures.
- Maintain contract data hygiene, including lifecycle presets, effective dates, and notifications.
- Support CLM implementation projects and update contract process training materials.
- Conduct legal research and assist in litigation matters, claims, and lawsuits.
- Organize and summarize legal materials, prioritize tasks, and meet critical deadlines.
- Prepare draft correspondence and respond to stakeholders under attorney supervision.
- Adhere to confidentiality rules and perform other related responsibilities as required.
Paralegal Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts degree preferred but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
- Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience with proficiency in contract management.
- Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management systems, preferably Ironclad CLM.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong research, writing, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
- Notary public certification or willingness to obtain certification upon permanent placement.
- Tech-savvy candidates preferred for leveraging technology in legal operations.
